Anti-Loss Card (InCard) — Usage, Compatibility & Best Practices

1. What is InCard and how does it work?

The InCard is an ultra-slim smart tracking card embedded in (or sold with) your OMAVIO wallet. It uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and integrates with either the Apple “Find My” network or Google’s “Find My Device” network.
2. Which devices and platforms are supported?

• For iPhone / iOS users — InCard works with the native Apple “Find My” app.

• For Android users — InCard can work via the official “Find My Device” network when configured for Android.

Note: the card must be paired with one platform at a time (iOS or Android), not both simultaneously.
3. What’s the effective range and accuracy?

  • When within Bluetooth range (up to ~170 m / 550 ft depending on conditions), you can trigger “Play Sound” to locate the wallet.

  • If out of Bluetooth range, the card relies on the broader network (Apple or Google) — which means location updates only when another compatible device passes nearby and anonymously relays the signal.

  • Real-world accuracy depends on the density of nearby network devices and their proximity to the tracker — it’s not equivalent to GPS precision.
4. What should I do if I lose connection or tracking seems faulty?
  • Ensure Bluetooth is ON and the tracker has power (battery life is 5 years, but don’t expose to extreme conditions).

  • Check that you’re signed into the correct network (Apple or Google) and the tracker is recognized.

  • If using “Find My Device” on Android, make sure you have a stable internet connection.

  • Try “Play Sound” first if the item is nearby; only rely on “last known location” when using network-based tracking.
5. Does InCard interfere with credit cards or wallet function?

No — the tracking card is ultra-thin (card-sized), uses no magnets, and doesn’t demagnetize or affect other cards. When combined with OMAVIO’s design slot, it integrates seamlessly.

Shipping, Returns & Authenticity

1. What is your exchange policy if I want a different color or style?

We offer free exchanges within 30 days of purchase for different colors or styles.

The wallet must be unused and in original condition with all packaging. Return shipping is covered by OMAVIO.

2. How long does pre-order production typically take?

Pre-order production takes 2-4 weeks after the pre-order window closes. This allows our artisans to handcraft each wallet with precision.

You'll receive email updates at each production milestone, and tracking information once your order ships.
3. How long does shipping take?

Delivery varies depends on the location:

  • Oman: 3 business days
  • GCC: 5 business days
  • Lebanon: Up to 7 business days
4. Do you ship to countries outside the GCC and Middle East?

Currently, we ship to Oman, GCC countries, and Lebanon. International expansion is coming soon.

Our full-grain leather develops a beautiful patina over time.

To maintain your wallet: keep it away from excessive moisture, clean gently with a soft cloth, and condition occasionally with leather conditioner. Avoid prolonged sun exposure to preserve color integrity.
2. What materials are used in OMAVIO wallets?

Each OMAVIO wallet is handcrafted using premium full-grain leather sourced from trusted suppliers. Our signature matte Omani flag resin lines are hand-applied, and all hardware is stainless steel. Every wallet includes an integrated smart tracking slot for modern convenience.
3. What are the dimensions and capacity of OMAVIO wallets?

OMAVIO wallets are designed to be slim and compact while holding up to 12 cards, cash, and the InCard tracking slot. Standard dimensions are approximately 4.3" x 3.1" x 0.5" when closed—fitting comfortably in pockets without bulk.
4. Do OMAVIO wallets come with a warranty?

Yes. All OMAVIO wallets include a 2-year craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects. This covers stitching, leather integrity, and hardware quality. Normal wear and tear from use are not covered. Warranty is non-transferable and requires proof of purchase.
5. How can I verify that my OMAVIO wallet is authentic?

Every authentic OMAVIO wallet includes a unique serial number on the authenticity card, premium full-grain leather with visible grain patterns, precise stitching, and the signature matte Omani flag resin lines. Purchases from omav.io are guaranteed authentic. Beware of counterfeit products sold elsewhere.
