OMAVIO Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

At OMAVIO, we take pride in creating premium leather goods that are designed in Oman and crafted for the world. We want you to feel confident in your purchase of the Luban Edition.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

For a change-of-mind return, your Luban Edition must be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and all included components, including the InCard Finder. Proof of purchase or your order number is required. These conditions do not limit your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to request a return

Contact support@omav.io within the return period. Include your order number, the reason for your return, and photographs if the item is damaged or defective.

Our return location is Beirut, Lebanon. Please contact us before sending your item. We will provide the complete return shipping address and instructions after reviewing your request.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law.

If we confirm that you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, OMAVIO will cover reasonable return shipping costs through an agreed return method. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of shipment.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if something is wrong. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging where relevant.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund, subject to your applicable consumer rights.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the funds available.

Return transit times vary by location and are separate from refund processing time. If you have not received your refund after the processing period, contact support@omav.io.

Exchanges

If you would like an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the applicable return conditions. We will confirm any shipping charges before proceeding.

One-year craftsmanship warranty

Every OMAVIO product includes a 1-year craftsmanship warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers defects attributable to materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or unauthorized alterations or repairs.

The Luban Edition is made from full-grain leather. Natural variations in grain, texture, and colour, along with the patina that develops through normal use, are characteristics of genuine leather and are not, by themselves, defects.

To request warranty support, contact us with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photographs. We will assess the claim and explain the available remedy.

InCard Finder and returns

When returning a Luban Edition supplied with an InCard Finder, include the tracker and all other supplied components. If you have paired the tracker, remove it from your Apple Find My or Google Find Hub account before returning it.

For tracker-related faults, contact us so we can assess the issue separately. The craftsmanship warranty does not promise recovery of lost belongings or uninterrupted operation of third-party tracking services.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not exclude or restrict any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local law provides a longer return period or additional remedies, those rights take precedence over this policy.
